Explanation of the debugging steps for pulse dust collectors

Attention for pulse dust collector debugging:
(1) Adjusting the progress valve, the valve cylinder is a buffer type. It is requested that when the valve reaches the closed position, the cylinder should enter the buffer zone, otherwise the nuts at both ends of the valve plate should be adjusted. The movement speed of the cylinder can be adjusted by the throttle valve bolts at both ends of the cylinder. We request that the closing time of the progressive valve should not exceed 2 seconds, preferably within 1 second, and the opening time can be slightly slower. Then check the gap after the valve plate is closed, which should not exceed 0.8mm. If the valve plate hole deforms after on-site welding, it should be leveled. A simpler method is to place the valve plate on the valve plate hole and find the area with large gaps and use something to level it. The above adjustments should be connected to a compressed air source, and the pressure can be adjusted through the pressure reducing valve on the air source triple connector (usually 0.3MPa), causing the valve plate to deform by 2-3mm after closing. The above speed regulation is carried out through the manual switch on the solenoid valve, without connecting to the power supply. After debugging, the manual switch should be restored, and the nuts and back nuts at both ends of the valve plate should be tightened.
(2) There are some maintenance doors for the top manhole. One end of the clamping device is arranged to be pressed tightly, and the other end is pressed tightly by the handle. The bolts and nuts are adjusted separately, so that the rubber sealing strip can be pressed tightly on the door frame after closing. When flipping open, there is no jamming phenomenon, and the bolts are locked.
Caution: When debugging the progress valve, do not let the electromagnetic pulse valve act, otherwise the strong airflow may cause harm to personnel.

(3) Adjust the transportation equipment inside the ash hopper, lock the air equipment and its transmission, and all moving parts should be lubricated.
