1. Inlet flow velocity

Increasing the flow rate of the intake pipe within a certain range can improve the dust removal efficiency. But if the inlet flow rate is too high, it will draw some separated dust particles into the internal vortex and take them away again, resulting in a decrease in dust removal efficiency. In addition, the pressure loss is directly proportional to the square of the inlet velocity, and if the inlet velocity is too high, the pressure loss increases. Therefore. Taking into account both technology and experience, the appropriate range of inlet flow velocity is generally 12-20m/s, and should not be lower than 10m/s to prevent ash accumulation in the inlet pipeline.

2. Structural dimensions of cyclone dust collector

The smaller the diameter of the simplified text, the greater the centrifugal force on the dust particles at the same tangent speed, and the higher the size efficiency. As the temperature increases, it increases, and the particle size is directly proportional to the square root of viscosity. Therefore, the dust removal efficiency of a cyclone dust collector decreases with the increase of gas temperature and viscosity.

5. The airtightness of the lower part of the dust removal equipment

The internal static pressure of the cyclone dust collector gradually decreases from the outer wall to the center, and even if the dust collector operates under positive pressure, the bottom of the cone may still be in a negative pressure state. If the lower part of the cyclone dust collector is not tight and leaks air, it will take away the dust that has already fallen into the ash hopper, causing a significant decrease in dust removal efficiency.
