Single machine dust collectorInstalled near mechanical equipment that generates dust, users can configure metal or plastic vacuum pipes and hoods according to the size of the air inlet on the dust collector.
A single machine dust collector is an air purification equipment with small volume and high dust removal efficiency. Suitable for various independent dust production points, flexible and convenient, on-site dust collection and treatment can effectively ensure the cleanliness of the air. The basic structure consists of a dust removal box, a centrifugal fan, a filter bag (cylinder), a dust collector, and a microcomputer controller. The dust is sucked into the dust removal box by the negative pressure of the fan through the suction pipeline, and is first filtered by the filter through gravity and upward airflow. The coarse particle dust is directly lowered to the dust collector, and is captured on the outer surface by the filter. The clean gas is filtered, decomposed, and purified by the filter element before flowing into the clean room, and then discharged by the fan from the air outlet. The entire dust removal and filtration process is the result of a comprehensive effect of gravity, inertial force, collision, electrostatic adsorption, and screening.
1. The cover of the electric control box of a single dust collector should not be opened arbitrarily during operation. If it is necessary to adjust the cleaning time or check the circuit, the power should be cut off after shutdown before starting work.
2. A single machine dust collector should be vibrated and cleaned regularly based on the nature and capacity of the dust. Generally, it should be vibrated three to four times per shift to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.
3Single machine dust collectorAccording to actual needs, dust should be collected regularly. When collecting dust inside the dust collector, simply open the sealed ash outlet door and pull out the drawer when the fan and cleaning mechanism are stopped.
4. In order to ensure that the dust removal equipment is in good working condition, it is advisable to be as close as possible to the source of dust, generally ranging from 1.5 meters to 2.0 meters. The connecting pipes should be as short as possible and the number of bends should be minimized to avoid increasing resistance losses.
5. The vacuum hood is a key accessory to ensure that the single machine dust collector unit is in good condition. The user should make an ideal vacuum hood according to the principles of ventilation, proximity, smoothness, sealing, and design based on the external dimensions of the processed parts and the nature of the dust.
6. Before operation, the maintenance door, ash outlet door, and air duct connection system of a single dust collector should be checked for sealing to prevent leakage and reduce the dust suction effect.
7. The voltage of a single dust collector is 380V three-phase AC, ranging fromSingle machine dust collectorAfter connecting the external wires to the power supply, you can start using it. When starting to rotate, pay attention to whether the fan is rotating forward (if it is reversed, the air volume is very small, and the power wiring needs to be replaced).
