Common sense of safe operation of dust removal equipment

Source: Official website   |   Date:2017-06-06

applyDongguan dust removal equipmentThe following are the precautions for safe operation:

1、 Common sense of safe operation of dust removal equipment
1. Pre startup inspection and preparation work
(1) The inspection of the main body of the electrostatic precipitator shows that the electric field is still under maintenance, and the safety measures are complete (only in this state can access the inside of the electric field). The internal cleaning of the electric field has been completed, and there are no debris, tools, temporary support and hanging devices, or temporary wiring left behind. All anode and cathode vibration positions are correct, and the high-voltage insulation components such as the ceramic sleeve, support insulator, and electric ceramic shaft are clean and tidy. Then remove all grounding wires, measure the insulation of the electric field to meet the requirements, and close all manhole doors.
(2) The auxiliary electrical equipment of the electrostatic precipitator shall be inspected for all motor junction boxes. The insulation of the motor shall be qualified, and the electrical control cabinet, panel, and equipment shall be intact and clean without any debris. The electrical components are well connected, the fuses are intact, the signals and indicator lights are intact, and the grounding wire is intact.
(3) The auxiliary mechanical equipment of the electrostatic precipitator shall be inspected to ensure that the transmission mechanism and safety protection cover of each rotating machinery are intact, the reducer is intact, the oil quality is clean, the oil quantity is sufficient, the cooling water of the rotating machinery is unobstructed, and the ash conveying pipeline and valves are normal.
(4) The inspection of the high-voltage power supply device of the electrostatic precipitator shows that the oil level of the rectifier transformer is normal, the desiccant color of the respirator is normal, all cables and sleeves are intact, the grounding wire is intact, the damping resistance and isolation switch are intact, and the operation is reliable. The safety interlocking and locking devices of the isolation switch, high-voltage switch room, and manhole door are in good condition, and the grounding wire used for maintenance work has been removed. Check that each high-voltage control cabinet is intact.
2. Precautions for starting and stopping electrostatic precipitators
(1) The rectifier transformer is prohibited from operating in an open circuit. Therefore, before starting, the high-voltage circuit should be ensured to be intact. Once an open circuit operation is found (the secondary voltage rises and the secondary current is zero), the voltage should be immediately reduced to stop operation. It is strictly prohibited to operate the high-voltage isolation switch during operation.
(2) In order to reduce equipment impact, it is advisable to first reduce the voltage before opening during shutdown operation, and try to avoid stopping operation directly under normal operating parameters.
2、 Common knowledge on safe operation of dust removal equipment and ash removal system equipment
1. Pre startup inspection
(1) The maintenance work of the ash removal system has been completed and is in standby mode.
(2) All pipelines and their accessories are intact and firm, and the flow direction of the medium is clearly correct.
(3) Each mechanical part is firmly connected to pipelines and valves, with flanges and packing tightly sealed without leakage. The opening and closing of each valve are flexible, and the direction of opening and closing is clearly and correctly indicated.
(4) All equipment signs are intact and clearly correct.
(5) The explosion-proof door of the separator is well sealed, and the manhole door at the top of the ash bin is well sealed.
(6) The appearance of the electric air lock, feeder, and ash discharge machine is complete, the turning gear is light and fast, the wheel connection is firm, the safety cover is intact, the reducer is tight without oil leakage, the oil quality of the reducer is clean, the oil level gauge is clear, the oil level is sufficient, and the oil level is at 3/4 of the upper and lower oil level lines.
(7) The appearance of each motor is intact, the anchor bolts are relatively firm, and the grounding wire is intact.
(8) The hydraulic ash removal system has unobstructed ash flushing channels, secure cover plates, open trench nozzles, and sufficient ash flushing pressure.
(9) The outlet valve of the air compressor is open, the inlet unloading valve is closed, and the air compressor is in standby mode.
2. Operation and maintenance of ash removal system
(1) After a comprehensive inspection with no errors, start the air compressor to blow the system for 5-10 minutes, open the ash discharge door, and put the system into operation.
(2) The operating ash removal system should be inspected every hour, and attention should be paid to monitoring the material level indicators of the ash hopper and ash bin. The amount of ash discharged should be adjusted in a timely manner to ensure normal ash discharge.
(3) Regularly monitor the normal operation of the air source equipment, ensure sufficient and stable pressure, and ensure the need for ash transportation.
(4) Monitor the ash pipeline, ensure that there is no air or ash leakage in the ash hopper, ash bin, separator, etc.
(5) The gray level monitoring mirror has no cracks, the ash discharge is good, there is no blockage phenomenon, and the pressure gauge indicates normal.
(6) Each air lock, feeder, and ash discharge machine is operating normally without any jamming or blockage.
3. Precautions during operation
(1) When the air source equipment malfunctions and the air compressor needs to be stopped, one or several ash pipes should be stopped accordingly to ensure the normal ash conveying pressure of other ash pipes.
(2) When the ash level gauge in the ash bin shows that the ash is full during operation, the ash conveying to the bin should be stopped immediately and the ash should be discharged as soon as possible.
(3) To ensure the dryness and cleanliness of compressed air, the air storage tank must be discharged on time.
(4) Regardless of the reason, when there is a lack of ash on the electrode plate and the electric field is forced to stop, the anode vibration operation should be stopped, and the amount of ash should be adjusted in a timely manner to restore the operation of the electric field as soon as possible.

3、 General safety precautions
(1) The work clothes of the staff must be made of pure cotton, and the clothes and cuffs must be securely fastened. Female staff are prohibited from wearing skirts and high heels, and their long hair must be tucked into their hats to prevent being twisted by rotating machinery. Entering the scene, it is necessary to wear insulated shoes and a safety helmet; When in contact with high-temperature objects (such as ash pipelines and equipment, steam or electric heaters, etc.), gloves must be worn; When in contact with dust, it is necessary to wear a dust mask; When the dust concentration is high, it is necessary to wear dust-proof goggles.
(2) The production site must have sufficient lighting, good ventilation, and all stairs, platforms, and passages on the electrostatic precipitator body must be smooth and unobstructed. In winter, measures should be taken to prevent snow accumulation and freezing. All stairs and platforms must be equipped with railings not less than 1050mm high and protective boards not less than 100mm high to prevent personal injury and debris from falling. All channels on the production site are not allowed to pile up debris, and cables and pipelines should not be laid on the channels; Otherwise, it must be leveled with a cover plate. Each ash ditch should be covered with a sturdy cover plate that is flush with the ground.
(3) When electrical equipment catches fire, the relevant power supply should be immediately cut off, and then the fire should be extinguished. If the electrical control part of the dust collector catches fire, a 12l1 fire extinguisher should be used to extinguish the fire; The rectifier transformer (isolated power supply) can be extinguished using dry fire extinguishers and 1211 fire extinguishers,
If it is impossible to extinguish the fire, use foam extinguisher to extinguish the fire. If insulation oil on the ground catches fire, dry sand should be used to extinguish the fire.
(4) The oil leakage pipeline of the rectifier transformer accident should be intact and directed towards the oil storage tank set in a safe location.
(5) Sufficient fire extinguishing equipment should be equipped near each equipment (such as control room, cable layer, rectifier transformer, etc.) and regularly maintained to ensure its reliability. The cable holes should be tightly sealed, and the cable layer, busbar room, and rectifier transformer room should be locked. The rectifier transformers and high-voltage switchgear arranged in high positions should have sufficient wind and rain resistance. The grounding devices of all electrical equipment meet the requirements.
