According to the China Industrial Textile Industry Association, China's 11th Five Year Plan has put forward higher demands for environmental protection, and more filtering materials will be used in water, gas, sound, and slag. The market prospects of the filtering material industry are promising. In the field of smoke and dust control, dust removal bags have high dust removal efficiency, do not cause secondary pollution, and are easy to recover dry materials. They are increasingly used domestically and internationally, accounting for 80% of the dust removal equipment used. According to statistics, the total output value of the bag dust removal industry was 6.5 billion yuan in 2005, a year-on-year increase of 21%. Despite the rapid growth rate, the national industrial demand continues to grow. In 2005, the production of filter materials in China was about 40 million square meters, including 30 million square meters of chemical fiber filter materials and 10 million square meters of glass fiber filter materials. The output value reached 1.56 billion yuan, an increase of 31% compared to the previous year. In the thermal power industry, since the first 200000 KW bag filter unit of Inner Mongolia Fengtai Power Plant was put into operation in November 2001, by 2005, the total filtration area had reached 1.2 million square meters, equivalent to 10 million KW units. At the end of 2005, the installed capacity of power plants in China reached 510 million KW, of which 75.6% were thermal power plants. It is expected that by 2010, the total installed capacity of power generation will reach 647 million KW, thermal power will reach 476 million KW, and coal consumption will reach 1.4 billion tons. If 50% of the bag filter is used, a total of 36 million square meters of filter material will be required. If calculated based on the 3.5 year service life of the filter material, 10.3 million square meters of filter material will be needed for annual replacement. The steel industry is one of the main sources of air pollution. China's steel production has exceeded 300 million tons, and according to the application of bag dust removal in Baosteel, it requires 21 million square meters. After conversion, 6 million square meters of filter materials are replaced annually. There are a total of 560 dry process cement production lines in China, both new and old, that require the use of high-temperature resistant fiber filter bag dust removal equipment. In addition, bag dust removal equipment is also required for garbage incineration, including household, medical, and waste treatment. In summary, there is a huge demand for dust removal bag equipment in China, and dust removal filter materials, especially high-temperature resistant fiber filter materials, have broad market development prospects.
Cleaning steps for dust removal cloth bags:
1. Dust removal: High frequency vibration is used to remove large dust particles that enter the filter bag wall as much as possible without affecting the fiber entanglement fastness, and to maintain good peel resistance of the filter bag.
2. Chemical experimental treatment: Extract cloth bag samples, use professional instruments to test the oil stains in the filter bag, select suitable washing materials, and wash the filter bag to the maximum extent without causing any damage to the filter bag.
3. Cleaning: Select appropriate washing materials and strictly mix them, clean with low-temperature water, ensure uniform water flow, moderate strength, and no mechanical damage to the filter bag.
4. Drying: Use hot air at around 110 ℃ to dry, maintain the dimensional stability of the filter bag, and ensure that the filter bag does not deform or shrink after drying.
5. Repair: Repair the damaged filter bags caused by wear, holes, etc., to ensure a high reuse rate.

6. Testing: Instrument is used to test the physical indicators of the cleaned dust removal bag to ensure that the cleaning quality meets the requirements.
