1、 The principle is different:

When the applied voltage reaches the ignition voltage of the gas, gas molecules are broken down, producing a mixture of electrons, various ions, atoms, and free radicals. During the discharge process, although the electron temperature is very high, the temperature of heavy particles is very low, and the entire system presents a low-temperature state, so it is called a low-temperature plasma. Low temperature plasma degradation of pollutants utilizes the interaction of active particles such as electrons and free radicals with pollutants in exhaust gas, causing pollutant molecules to decompose in a very short time and undergo various subsequent reactions to achieve the goal of pollutant degradation

2、 The main equipment configuration is different

UV photolysisThe internal composition of the equipment mainly consists of German technology ultraviolet lamp tubes and a photocatalytic active fiber filter layer. Due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by ionized oxygen, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to generate ozone.

The plasma purifier equipment is composed of a power supply and a toothed discharge device, which generates high-intensity, high concentration, and high electrical energy active free radicals. In milliseconds, it instantly undergoes oxidation-reduction reactions on harmful exhaust gas molecules, degrading most of the pollutants in the exhaust gas into carbon dioxide, water, and easily treatable substances

3、 Different removal abilities

UV photolysisIt is a beam of light that breaks down the molecular bonds of bacteria in the foul smelling gas, destroys the nucleic acid of bacteria, and then undergoes an oxidation reaction through ozone to achieve the purpose of deodorization and killing bacteria

The plasma purifier utilizes the strong oxidizing and high adsorption properties of catalytic oxidants to continuously carry out catalytic oxidation reactions on the untreated pollutants and generated substances in the plasma, so that harmful exhaust gases can be purified through multiple stages and ultimately meet the emission standards


1、 Deodorization: It can remove major pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), inorganic alcohols, and various odors, with a deodorization efficiency of over 99.9%. The deodorization effect greatly exceeds the odor pollutant emission standard issued in 1993 (GB14554-93)
